Holiday Chocolate Truffle Creation Experience
This colorful and creative brigadeiro truffle experience is designed to delight your senses and get you in the holiday spirit. You can mix and match our holiday-inspired truffle centers and toppings to build your own edible festive figures like snowmen, christmas trees, wreaths, reindeers, and more.
There’s no right or wrong way to make your figures. You just need to scoop out some brigadeiro, shape it into your object of choice, and then bring it to life with some toppings. We’ll give you some suggestions below, however it’s up to you how creative you want to be! I can guarantee the treats will be delicious!

- 5. Open the brigadeiro containers (except the Brigadeiro Spread) and reserve a spoon for each
- 6. Prepare a wipe or paper towel and a small bowl of water or butter for your hands
Let’s Do It!
Making your holiday figures
Filling: Wet or lightly butter your hands. Scoop some brigadeiro from the container and gently roll and shape it (like playdough) into your holiday object of choice. Shape quickly or it will become too soft and harder to work with! Some ideas include cones to make a Christmas tree or a Santa hat, balls to make a snowman, and donuts to make a holiday wreath.
Decorating: Choose one or more toppings for a base color and roll your brigadeiro in the topping until evenly covered. Place the brigadeiro on a flat surface, finish any assembly steps, and bring your creation to life by adding individual sprinkles! And that’s it. Just taste, repeat using different flavors and textures, and enjoy!
Making a Brigadeiro Wreath
Wet or lightly butter your hands. Scoop some brigadeiro from a jar of your choice and roll it around in your hands until it is a ball. Flatten the ball between your palms and press a small hole through the center. Place the wreath on a plate of toppings that will be your base topping/color and gently press the wreath into the toppings. Choose some individual toppings of contrasting colors and press them into the top of the wreath. Flip the wreath over and press the toppings into the other side and then roll the wreath around to cover the edges completely too. Finish with any other inidividual toppings for extra decoration!
Making a Snowman
Wet or lightly butter your hands. Scoop some light colored brigadeiro from a jar and roll it around in your hands until it is a ball. Repeat the steps and make one more ball that is slightly smaller than the first. Place both balls in a plate of toppings and roll them around so they are evenly coated (these will make up your snowman’s body). To make the hat, roll two small balls of chocolate brigadeiro. Flatten one between your palms to make a disc shape. Place both chocolate shapes into a plate of toppings and roll them around so they’re evenly coated and then press the ball on top of the disc to finish the hat. To assemble your snowman, stack the balls on top of each other and then place the hat on top (if you have a toothpick, you can push it through the center if you like to hold it together). Then use a few individual sprinkles to make the eyes, nose, and buttons.
Pro Tips
If your brigadeiro is too soft to mold and shape, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Start simple. It’s easier to blend flavors if you use 1-2 toppings at a time.
Use a blunt knife or toothpick to shape and add details like grooves to your brigadeiro.
For the best flavor experience, cleanse your palate between sampling brigadeiros. Sparkling water, a slice of apple, or water with lemon work well.
The brigadeiro spread is great to use on toast, as a fruit dip, or as a coffee creamer. You can also warm it in the microwave for 10 seconds and turn it into a pourable sauce for ice cream!

Building a snowman is a quintessential holiday activity. TBring your snowman-making skills inside by making a brigadeiro snowman. Using different brigadeiro, you can roll, coat, and stack your ‘snowballs’, before adding some decorations like accessories and colors for some extra personality. If you’re up for it, why not build a family?

Some of our favorites are mixing it in with hot chocolate or holiday blend coffee, using it as a cookie or fruit dip, drizzling it on ice cream or gingerbread, or pairing it with a full-bodied red or mulled wine.
